I am talking about being ‘seen’ as a trusted Authority from your client’s perspective.


Not for you to become one, but for your audience to see you as one. You see, it’s not you but your audience’s perception that establishes your Authority status. Your audience ‘perceive’ that recognition of you through their experience with you.


Customer experience that’s driven by passion looks very, very different.


Your audience ‘recognise’ you as THE person they want to come to by their perception of you. Perception is not deception. Far from it - perception is their reality created by their experience with you.


The reason people approach you for help or advice is because of the perception they already have of you through experience.


To them, and according to their experience with you, you are someone they ‘feel’ comfortable to come to or depend on for help or advice. Someone they trust and advocate. You are someone they willingly follow for help or advice.


Your audience’s perception of you is their reality. That perception is what inspires loyalty towards you. Nothing beats that!
